Twenty years after the birth of a new genre chronicled in the first film, DECLINE III focuses on the lifestyles and backgrounds of the fans moving in and around the newly invigorated L.A. punk scene of the late 90s—many of whom are homeless, live in abandoned buildings, and reflect an underside to a subculture where “No Future” has taken on a new meaning. Featuring live performances by Final Conflict, Litmus Green, Naked Aggression and The Resistance alongside interviews with scene veterans Keith Morris (Circle Jerks) and Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers).
