The Harpeth Hustle Triathlon
A Paddle Triathlon consisting of a 7 mile paddle, a 3 mile run and an 11 mile bike ride that benefits the Harpeth River State Park.
The Harpeth Hustle Triathlon starts at 9am. There will be staggered starts every 3 to 4 minutes. Beginning with the paddling portion You will end the river portion 7.4 miles downstream at the Harris Street Bridge Take Out. You will then run/walk 0.5 miles on a hiking trail following the river. You will exit the trail at the narrows of the Harpeth (part of the park) and run/walk the remaining 2.5 miles on pavement. Following the river, Cedar Hill Road will lead you back to the start/finish area where your bikes will be waiting for you. You will then bike out 5.5 miles north on Cedar Hill Road turning around at Griffintown Road and heading back to the finish.
