(CANCELLED) Tomahawk Throwing for Beginners

Presented by Middle Tennessee History Coalition at Bledsoe Creek State Park, Gallatin TN

Apr 04 2020
(CANCELLED) Tomahawk Throwing for Beginners

Come join the Middle Tennessee History Coalition and learn how much fun it is to throw a tomahawk!

There is little reliable historical record that shows long hunters, Cumberland settlers, or anyone else threw tomahawks for entertainment. That being said, we all know that people will go to great lengths to entertain themselves, so who knows!. Come learn how much fun it is to throw a tomahawk and hear that “thunk” sound when your hawk finds its mark.

The best part is that they are offering this at half price in honor of Historic Sumner County. So, come on out and throw some hawks and visit some of the other wonderful historic sites in Sumner County. They will be located at the entry station of the Tennessee History Trail.
