Join Quintin Burlingame, CRI® as he leads students through the Wet-On-Wet technique made famous by Bob Ross and his PBS tv series, The Joy of Painting®. Whether new to painting or an expert, all will enjoy learning the techniques that culminate in a beautiful, finished 12×16 painting in just a couple hours.
