Storming out of Nashville, TN, Willie Pearl’s southern roots-rock music is a celebrated refreshing alternative to the current, more common sounds of the city. A focus on vocal harmonies, grooving melodies, and intentional lyrics, creates an air of refinement and relatability by keeping their Tennessee/Georgia roots relevant. Named after their great-great aunt, Willie Pearl’s five-piece lineup includes: Ben Murphy (vocals, lead guitar), Chason McKay (drums, vocals), Henry Rogers (vocals, keys, rhythm guitar), Lawrence Rogers (bass, vocals), and Matt Lale (keys, organ, vocals). Willie Pearl cites artists like The Allman Brothers Band, My Morning Jacket, The Eagles, Bahamas, Kings of Leon, and Alabama Shakes, as their current influences. In support of their anticipated third album, Willie Pearl will release two singles, “Traffic” and “Night Owl” on February 3rd.
