Their test prep services are powered by a “mindfulness-centric” holistic approach. Students are encouraged to go beyond simply memorizing test content and learn how stress reduction, focus training, and test taking strategy will help them overcome those pre-test jitters and perform at the highest level.
Granite Prep sessions will include all the fundamental of your test (math, grammar, reading, science, quantitive reasoning, etc..), but will also offer students the opportunity to learn how to excel at “test taking intangibles”: test day diet, sleeping to score well, meditation and relaxation to reduce test anxiety, focus training to boost attention, and much more.
At Granite Prep, they encourage their students to think about test taking as an athlete might think about an event, considering how both mind and body can work together to perform at the highest level.
