Since opening in spring 2015 in a converted warehouse in Germantown, 5th & Taylor quickly has established itself as one of Nashville’s go-to restaurants. Its candlelit motif and wood-fired, meat-centric menu make for an ideal dinner spot for both couples and business meetings alike. Executive Chef/Owner Daniel Lindley made a name for himself in his early 20s in his hometown of Chattanooga with St. John’s Restaurant, garnering a fistful of James Beard nominations. After selling his interest in St. John’s and its sister restaurant Meeting Place, Lindley now splits time at 5th & Taylor and his remaining Chattanooga restaurant, Alleia.
