Featuring a wood-fired oven and a seasonal, daily changing menu first created by celebrity chef and part owner Jonathan Waxman (NYC’s Barbuto) and executive chef-partner and former Barbuto chef Travis McShane, Adele’s most decidedly will be the best meal and most delightful hang you’ve ever experienced in a converted tire shop. The restaurant has remained on the short list of top-quality downtown dining options since its June 2014 opening. That’s thanks to a talented kitchen staff, bar, one of the more painless valet-driven parking lots in The Gulch, and one of the area’s most impressive redesigned spaces.

Full bar. Dinner served Monday through Thursday 5pm-9pm, Friday and Saturday 5pm-10pm. Sunday Supper 5pm-9pm.
Weekend Brunch Buffet Saturday and Sunday 10am-2pm.
