The ALS Association Tennessee Chapter was created in 2005 through a merger of the Central Tennessee Chapter with the Mid-South Chapter-in-Organization (Memphis) and the Tri-Cities Support Group. The Tennessee Chapter provides services to those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and their caregivers and serves patients in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Virginia. The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS.
