BrickTop's - Cool Springs

Nashville native and businessman Joe Ledbetter, co-founder of Houston’s, is also the co-founder of the locally based upscale-casual BrickTop’s dining concept, which boasts a handful of locations in the Southeast, South and Midwest. With locations on West End Avenue and in Cool Springs, BrickTop’s specializes in accessible American fare served in a stylish but made-for-comfort environment. The bar can become absolutely jammed many nights with the post-work cocktail crowd.

Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner 11 am-9 pm Mon, 11 am-10 pm Tue-Sat, 10 am-9 pm Sun.  Sun brunch 10 am-3 pm. Happy hour food and drink specials 4-6 pm daily.
