Opened in early 2011 by chef-owner Chad Head across from Belmont University, Chago’s Cantina quickly established itself as a laid-back fixture to the college and Hillsboro Village crowd on lower Belmont Boulevard. You’ll find the usual Baja-Mexican standbys of tacos, burritos and fajitas alongside Latin American touches such as the traditional Puerto Rican dish mofongo relleno.
