Chateau West seems one of the most unlikely of quiet, refined French dining spots. It stands near a busy interstate exchange in a converted spot formerly the home to a chain pancakes joint and a sushi spot. Opened in early 2014 by restaurateur Huseyin Ustankaya (Anatolia), Chateau West succeeds with menu of classic French favorites that aren’t seen much anymore. Think coq au vin, Boeuf Bourguignon, chateaubriand, and fondue.

Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner 11 am-9 pm Mon-Fri, 11 am-10 pm Sat-Sun.
