Corky's Ribs and BBQ

The longtime suburban Brentwood outpost of Corky’s Ribs & BBQ, a Memphis-based collection of barbecue joints, does a more-than-respectable job of slowly smoked pulled pork sandwiches and pork ribs both wet and dry, with a host of homestyle Southern sides.

Live music offered occasionally. Beer available. Serving lunch and dinner 11 am-9 pm Sun-Thu, 11 am-10 pm Fri-Sat.
