Some of the best pulled pork barbecue in the area can be found at no-frills Excell Market and BBQ, tucked behind a gas station on Ashland City Highway just south of Clarksville. Expect expertly smoked meat with the usual sides, including ribs and chicken served on Fri-Sun. Southern breakfasts, burgers, chicken strips and salads also are offered.
No alcohol available. Open 5:30 am-8:30 pm Mon-Sat, 6 am-8:30 pm Sun.
