Fairgrounds Speedway, the oldest running Short Track in the country, is an 5/8 mile paved oval with 18 degree banking, located on the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville. Drag racing is sometimes held on the straights of the big oval. The oldest running Short Track in the country. The 5/8 Mile has produced more NASCAR drivers than any other track in America. Home of the All American 400.
