Franklin Chop House

Locally owned and operated since 1995 on one of Franklin’s main drags, Franklin Chop House more than holds its own competing against a familiar litany of American Traditional chains. As befits its title and the hickory wood-burning grill, the menu highlights meats, in particular its much-recommended pork chops. Other specialties include hand-cut steaks, pot roast, rattlesnake chicken pasta and grilled chicken salad.
