Open since 2002, chef-owner Memet Arsian’s Murfreesboro Pike neighborhood favorite Istanbul features well-prepared traditional fare from his native Turkey and the Mediterranean. Specialties include gyros, kebabs, falafel, hummus and baba ganoush. Save room for baklava for dessert.
