Lionheart-Wellness uses a 3-pronged approach of fitness, natural foods, & mental peace to bring balance to the lives of our under-privileged in the city. They give them tools to find balance through dance in a life that needs an expression of its inner struggle. These classes and the dance-a-thon are a welcome reprise in a hectic, low-income daily life.
