Modern Middle Eastern spot Lyra opened in June 2018 in East Nashville’s former home of Holland House Bar and Refuge, with former Holland House and Rumours East chef Hrant Arakelian heading the kitchen and former Lockeland Table and F Scott’s vet Elizabeth Endicott overseeing the bar. Early entrees included spiced hanger steak with berber-spiced cauliflower and chickpeas and creamed greens, and date-glazed rack of lamb with Omani sour rice, carrot top gremolata, and pickled currants.

Full bar. Serving dinner 5-10 pm Mon-Sat. Closed Sun.
