From owner Maneet Chauhan’s Morph Hospitality Group (Chauhan Ale & Masala House and Tansuo next door), The Gulch’s The Mockingbird opened in August 2017 to critical raves and packed houses. Executive chef-partner and former “Chopped” winner Brian Riggenbach and business partner and husband Mikey Corona, who runs the front of the house, set out to capture a modernized diner both in casual feel and artful cooking and presentation.
