Mojo's Tacos - Tollgate Village

Opened in May 2018 in the former longtime Saffire space in Franklin’s The Factory and in December 2021 in Thompson Station’s Tollgate Village, fast-casual Mojo’s Tacos features from-scratch handmade tacos. The menu includes both corn and flour tortillas, puffy tacos, and all-natural paleta frozen treats. The bar specializes in margaritas and a short but distinctive list of signature cocktails.
