From owner Melvil Arnt (Once Upon a Time in France, The Authentique), East Nashville’s European-style bar-restaurant Overlord honors veterans of World War II with its decor and memorabilia. Exported wines, beer and cocktails are the stars of the bar, with the small kitchen cranking out light French fare such as charcuterie, crock monsieur and salads. There’s also a semi-private space called The Bohemian Room that’s reservation only.

Full bar. Open 5 pm-2 am daily.
