Pancake Pantry - Downtown Nashville

The line continues to stretch around the block most mornings and well into the afternoons at Pancake Pantry, a Hillsboro Village institution since 1961, with a SoBro location at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville opened in December 2021. The veteran servers may call you “hon” and definitely will remember your usual order if you’re a regular. And everyone guards the secret to the pancake recipes. The full menu is served all day, with the pancakes and waffles and such making way for traditional lunch items of sandwiches, soups and salads.
