Guillermo “Willy” Thomas has long been one of Nashville’s most heralded chef-owners, and his romantic Sylvan Park restaurant, Park Cafe, consistently lives up to his reputation since its 2001 opening. The always creative menu changes seasonally and stays with a few simple offerings, many of them globally influenced.
