Colorful owner-pitmaster Casey Bringle upped Nashville’s barbecue game considerably upon opening his SoBro joint Peg Leg Porker in 2013. A veteran of the competitive barbecue festival wars, Nashville native Bringle’s West Tennessee roots show with his mastery of dry-rubbed pork baby back ribs — arguably Nashville’s best — and one of the region’s standout pulled pork sandwiches.

Kids menu. Full bar. Serving lunch and dinner 11 am-9 pm Mon-Tue, 11 am-10 pm Wed-Sat. Closed Sun.
