Founder/CEO/Brewmaster Byron Stithem’s Proper Sake Co., who closed his SoBro brewing operation and tasting room, has resurfaced with Rice Vice, a brewing operation and tasting room in East Nashville offering a “revolving selection of sakes brewed onsite as well as a curated selection of sakes from our favorite breweries in Japan. Not to mention a selection of our koji beers, handcrafted highballs, ferments, and records to tie the whole event together.”
