Sambuca

One of the area’s very few supper clubs, The Gulch stalwart Sambuca serves an eclectic but accessible menu of modern American fare. Open since 2005 and part of a Texas-based collection of restaurants, Sambuca’s cool vibe and stylish bar scene adeptly fills the bill for a date night as well as for single dining and drinking.
