Owned by classically trained chef and former Marine combat engineer Zac Jenkins, Semper Sliders is a stationary takeout trailer located outside Opry Mills in Music Valley Village. Expect a variety of sliders, from beef to chicken to pork to portobello, with tater tots and mac and cheese as sides.
