Short Mountain Distillery and Restaurant

Short Mountain Distillery is a craft, small-batch distillery and restaurant located in Cannon County, Tennessee on a 400 acre working farm. They distill Organic Tennessee Whiskey, Bourbon Whiskey and many other authentic and original spirits. Visitors to Short Mountain Distillery get a close up view of how real authentic Tennessee spirits are made on the Distillery Tour.  

Visitors can taste and purchase our products as well as learn about the local history of Cannon County and the rich heritage of whiskey making. The Cocktail Class is a delightful experience as guests will concoct their own cocktails while learning about their spirits in a tipsy educational atmosphere sure to leave you in great spirits! Visitors will also learn about their organic permaculture farm practices, and have access to the Cooper Cave Spring trail to see how they preserve their natural resources for generations to come.

An authentic dining experience featuring farm to table beef, pork, vegetables, and seasonal herbs, The Restaurant at Short Mountain Distillery was an addition to the farm in 2015.
