The last surviving 1840s townhouse in downtown Nashville, circa-1843 fine dining spot The Standard at the Smith House boasts a history as rich and as varied as the city’s itself. The Smith family’s beautiful restoration has resulted in what undoubtedly is among the city’s most handsome, relaxing dining rooms since a 2006 reopening.
