James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur Sean Brock’s The Continental — first partially opened in October 2020 and fully opened in late May 2021 as the pandemic began winding down — as the signature restaurant in downtown’s sprawling new Grand Hyatt Nashville, features reimagined takes on continental cuisine and classic American fare.

Full bar. Serving dinner 5 pm-10 pm Wed-Sun. Sat-Sun brunch 11 am-2 pm Closed Mon-Tue.
