From James Beard Award-winning chef-restaurateur-author Andrew Carmellini along with Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom, comes The Dutch at the W Nashville Hotel in The Gulch, a spinoff of his same-named New York City restaurant. Expect well-sourced, upscale comfort food with an emphasis on seafood — there’s a raw bar. They cook things that “make them happy” like a seasonal green market salad; a deluxe steak with some chilled seafood; tasty sandwiches; flavorful curry or chili; homey fried chicken and fresh pie or something altogether surprising and new.
