Combining colors and textures that create unexpected patterns, gives Rose’s traditional braided rugs a contemporary flair. Rose cultivated her craft in New Hampshire under the tutelage of juried League of New Hampshire artisan rug braiders. Using recycled wool, Rose is reviving a Colonial American craft, making work of art rugs that are “green” projects with purpose. Now, she is ready to share Barbara Fisher’s counted loop method of rug braiding with Nashville. Besides, teaching this art form, Rose creates custom rugs on a commission basis. Enjoy viewing her award winning rugs!
