As a freelance writer, Ron Harman’s articles have been published in numerous magazines and newspapers, including several national country music publications. In 2004 a book by Ron was published. A past country-dance instructor and participant in events and competitions, Ron has appeared on television programs and in country music videos. His involvement in country music and dancing—along with the encouragement of a close friend and Grand Ole Opry member—resulted in his relocation from Pennsylvania to Nashville, Tennessee.
Ron is employed as a Supervisor in the Guest Relations Department at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in downtown Nashville. He also provides tours of historic RCA Studio B, and he maintains the websites for two country music artists and members of the Grand Ole Opry. Ron is a member of several organizations including the Penn State Alumni Association, Country Music Association (CMA), and Academy of Country Music (ACM).
