ECHO Chamber Music

Presented by Centennial Park Conservancy and Metro Parks and Recreation Cultural Arts Department and Friends of Metro Dance at The Parthenon

Centennial Park Conservancy’s ECHO program will feature works specifically composed or arranged for the unique reverb of the Parthenon Naos and performed in front of the 42-foot statue of Athena.

Centennial Park Conservancy (CPC), in partnership with Metro Parks, present the 2020 ECHO Chamber Music Series. ECHO is a chamber music series featuring classical and choral works, composed and arranged by local musicians to take advantage of the unique reverb of the Parthenon.

Proceeds from the ECHO chamber series will support CPC, which funds the Parthenon’s art exhibitions and educational programming. CPC is also partnering with Metro Parks on Phase Two of the Centennial Park Revitalization. Through its highly popular Musicians Corner, Kidsville, and Parthenon programming, CPC presents over 125 free music and educational events in the Parthenon and Centennial Park annually.
