For thousands of years, yogis have practiced Nada Yoga--the yoga of sound--to attune with cosmic vibrations and merge individual consciousness to the cosmic Source. From an Ayurvedic standpoint, positive usage of the 5 senses balances & fine-tunes a person's relationship to the 5 elements of Nature, thus balancing & pacifying aggravated doshas. From a contemporary neurobiological perspective, positive sound vibrations have a proven ability to elevate a person's mood, alleviate anxiety, improve sleep, release tension held in the face, jaw & neck, and gradually shift baseline neural patterns. Holistically speaking, Integrative Sound is a therapeutic practice that has the capacity to provide healing for the whole person--body, mind & spirit.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
