An Italian-inspired, gourmet Thanksgiving feast
Award-winning chef Tony Mantuano and wine expert Cathy Mantuano, esteemed Food & Beverage Partners at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, are known nationwide for their fine expression of Italian cuisine. This month, they celebrate the flavors of the season with Italian flair on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26. As guests gather around the table, a four-course tasting menu created with Thanksgiving in mind includes seasonal selections and regional Italian specialties, such as Cestini di Zucca with pumpkin, Parmigiano-Reggiano, mostarda and amaretti cookie, and the Tacchino Arrosto, a turkey porchetta with sweet potato pave, Brussels sprouts and cranberry jus. Young gourmands aged 12 years and under will enjoy a children’s prix fixe option.
