Online Program: Live at the Hall feat. David Fergu...

Presented by Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum at Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

Recording engineer and musician David “Fergie” Ferguson began his career at Country Music Hall of Fame member Cowboy Jack Clement’s Nashville studio, the Cowboy Arms Hotel and Recording Spa. Ferguson served as sound engineer on Johnny Cash’s Grammy Award-winning American Recordings albums, produced by Rick Rubin, and has also engineered or produced recordings for a wide range of artists including Country Music Hall of Fame members Eddy Arnold, Charley Pride and Mac Wiseman, as well as the Del McCoury Band, John Prine, Sturgill Simpson and U2. Earlier this year, Ferguson released the self-produced album Nashville No More, a 10-song collection of his favorite tunes featuring artists and musicians Mike Bub, Jerry Douglas, Stuart Duncan, Béla Fleck, Mark Howard, Sierra Hull, Justin Moses, Tim O’Brien and Margo Price. During the program, Ferguson will discuss his career and perform, accompanied by Howard and Pat McLaughlin.
