Miel Restaurant presents a special ‘taste & learn’ experience featuring the best of under-appreciated seafood.
Enjoy an evening of wine and seafood with this Beyond Salmon Dinner. Under the deft hand of Miel's executive chef Jason LaIacona, he will bring these overlooked gems of the sea to center stage. Guests will indulge in a 4-course menu featuring varied seafood prepared in a variety of ways from raw and smoked to grilled and roasted. Tempting flavors accompany each course, such as yuzu, coconut, hickory, honey, garlic and umami. In addition, LaIacona will share his insight on selecting and enjoying a wider variety of seafood to enhance sustainability efforts and expand seafood knowledge. A crisp dessert follows. To further enhance the special meal, proprietor Seema Prasad will present a selection of wine pairings along with each course.
