These three at home workouts are perfect for men and women, and we’ve been so excited to hear how much each workout has helped each individual.
The Best at Home Workout For Beginners – T25
We love T25 because it’s so effective! Shaun T focuses on high-intensity moves that are easy to learn. So even if you’re not super coordinated, you can do these moves!
He also really focuses on tightening your core during every workout, and we know the stomach is a place both men and women want to see results!
You also don’t need any equipment for this workout, and there is a modifier offered! We also love that every workout is only 25 minutes and such a challenge!
You’ll love T25 if you’re goals are to:
- lose weight
- build lean muscle
- improve your agility and speed
- get in a workout under 30 minutes and see results
You may also like Double Time because it’s a partner workout, or the 21 Day Fix is also a great program that includes an amazing meal plan.
The Best at Home Workout For Couples With Little to No Equipment
If you’re looking for a great mixed martial arts workout with HIIT training, kickboxing, and strength, you both will love Core De Force!
We’ve seen men and women lose weight, build lean muscle mass, and really tone their mid-section with this program!
You’ll do MMA-style moves 3x a week and focus on strength training using just your own body weight the other days.
The workouts range from 30-55 minutes.
This workout is intermediate to advanced, and there is a modifier in case you need to lower the intensity a bit!
Another no-equipment workout we love is Insanity Max 30. It’s advanced, but there is also a low-impact modifier in the workouts.
The Best at Home Workout For Couples With Free Weights
If you have free-weights or adjustable dumbbells, you and your significant other will absolutely love LIIFT4!
LIIFT4 combines strength training, high intensity interval training, and core work into every week! We also love that this program is just 4 days a week!
On the other days, you can add in your favorite activities like basketball, running, yoga, biking, or anything else you love! Middle Tennessee has so many beautiful parks – you could workout 4x a week at home and enjoy visiting one the other 3 days.
LIIFT4 is around 40 minutes a day, and there is a modifier shown in every workout.
Other popular workouts for couples with equipment at home would be P90X3 and 80 Day Obsession.
