Richland Park - Portland
Established in 1971, there are two local parks in Portland, Richland Park and Meadowbrook Park. The City of Portland Parks and Recreation Department provides a variety of recreational services, programs and special events for the community.
Richland Park, an active park, offers a community center, gymnasium, public swimming pool, paved and lighted hike and bike trail, soccer fields, football fields, baseball fields, softball fields, lighted basketball court, picnic shelters and playgrounds. Meadowbrook Park is a more passive park, with a walking trail, picnic shelters, lighted basketball court, lighted tennis courts, and a lighted skate park.
