Chark's Laneside Diner

Long-awaited combination retro bowling alley, diner, and music performance venue, Eastside Bowl in Madison is nothing less than a feast for the senses. From former The Cannery complex co-owner Chark Kinsolving and ex-The Family Wash proprietor Jamie Rubin, the complex boasts a state-of-the-art, 16-lane bowling alley with a new hyper-bowling concept and balls that resemble oversized billiard balls. Chark’s Laneside Diner features a menu curated by former Boundry chef Michael Cribbs and offerings that include the shepherd’s pie so beloved at Rubin’s The Family Family Wash in bygone years in East Nashville. Other options include flatbread pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and salads. The Wash at Eastside Bowl The music area, which debuted during construction during Americanafest 2021, promises two stages and bookings from national acts to local up-and-comers.
