Waynesboro has a population of approximately 2,500 people who still believe in family values, small-town Southern hospitality, and a strong work ethic. Our community’s schools and churches are second to none. Our citizens are always willing to help and care about each other.

The City of Waynesboro was established in 1821 and serves as the county seat for Wayne County, Tennessee. Waynesboro is located at the junction of State Route 13 and U.S. Route 64. Waynesboro is located 105 miles south from Nashville, and 135 east miles from Memphis.
