Cool Springs Galleria is located off I-65 at exits 68 and 69 in Franklin, Tennessee. The mall is a super-regional shopping destination with more than one million square-feet featuring over 150 retail and dining options including American Girl, Kings Bowl, Kona Grill, Rock/Creek Outfitters, and Apple. CoolSprings Galleria also features a children’s play area located on the lower level near Buckle and Gap. Mobile device charging stations can be found in the Food Court. WiFi is available mall wide. Customer Service Center is located on the lower level by the escalator in front of Belk Men’s Kids.
