Ensworth is a coeducational, kindergarten through twelfth grade, independent day school. One school, two campuses.

Ensworth High School occupies an historic 127-acre site called Devon Farm adjacent to Edwin Warner Park and the Little Harpeth River on Highway 100. Artifacts on the site have been dated to 10,000 years ago. The new campus was designed by noted architects Graham Gund, Cambridge, MA, in association with Hasting and Associates. The design combines an historic feel with the facilities needed for a thoroughly modern high school.
