Raymond C. Hand Park was home to professional baseball for one year (1996) when it hosted the Clarksville Coyotes of the now defunct Big South League. The park, originally named Governors Park, is located on the campus of Austin Peay State University.  It was renamed in honor of the late Clarksville business and civic leader, Raymond C. Hand, known as a great baseball enthusiast.
