The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum preserves and interprets Historic RCA Studio B as a legacy landmark in the rich history of popular music in Nashville and the U.S. The Museum makes Studio B accessible to the public through regular tours, educational programs, and events.

Built in 1957, RCA Studio B became known as the birthplace for the “Nashville Sound,” a style characterized by background vocals and strings that helped establish Nashville as an international recording center, located on Nashville’s Music Row.

After exploring the Museum’s galleries, the Historic RCA Studio B Tours will transport guests back to moments that made history. You’ll stand right where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings, and other greats recorded hits, and hear stories and songs born in this historically important studio.
