Part butcher shop, part seafood monger, part sandwich shop, part grocer and part souvenir shop to all things Southern, restaurateur Tom Morales filled a gaping downtown hole when he opened the Southernaire Market in 2015 directly behind its sister restaurant The Southern Steak & Oyster. As a bonus, sushi rolls created by Morales’ nearby Acme chefs are available from noon to closing on weekdays.
