The Continental by Chef Sean Brock sits within the Grand Hyatt at the Nashville Yards development in downtown Music City. A new vision for modern hotel dining, The Continental melds chef Sean Brock’s passion for American culinary history with his reverence for the traditional elegance of hotel dining. Offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and refined yet inventive menu of reimagined American classics. Brock’s nouvelle approach to classic American fare harkens back to a time in modern French cooking and fine dining marked by simpler, more delicate dishes and an increased emphasis on presentation. The result—a menu from the imaginative mind of Brock featuring renditions of hotel dining and continental cuisine.

Designed by Nick Dryden of DAAD, the space includes two bars—one open and lively while the other warm and intimate—and large plush booths that create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, encouraging guests to sit and stay a while.
