The Pink Hermit Cafe

Tucked into a corner of downtown’s historic The Hermitage Hotel, The Pink Hermit is a casually elegant all-day café under the direction of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Executive Chef Kelsi Armijo. The light-filled space with both indoor and outdoor seating will evolve throughout the day, serving as a coffee bar with an array of pastries in morning, shifting to casual take-away fare midday before serving as a destination for cocktails, Champagne, wine and light bites in the evenings.

Open Monday through Friday from 7AM to 9PM. The cafe will serve as grab & go from 7AM to 5PM, and from 5PM to 9PM as a full-service menu.
